I AM the Vine 3

When Jesus said to His disciples, "I AM the Vine," He also spoke of "branches" and "fruit bearing." We know that Jesus is the Vine, and we are the branches as believers. But what is this "fruit?" How are we supposed to "bear fruit" in a way that is pleasing in Jesus' sight? If this is an important part of our life with the Lord, then we should probably know what this is all about!

Greg McCollam is an ordained American Baptist minister and the former pastor of Walnut Hills Baptist Church in Cincinnati. A West Virginia native, and a graduate of the University of Charleston (WV), he has been a guest preacher at many churches and has led Bible studies and chapel services at meetings, nursing homes and even a racetrack. He also worked in the marketing departments of both the Indiana Pacers and Cincinnati Reds. He and his wife, Jan, are the parents of three children (Erin, Kelly and Jordan) and the grandparents of two (Reese and Brayden).
